You always hear "build a better mousetrap" so I did..... 

 

I found that other seat belt locking devices require an extra key to release the belt... whereas BeltGuards malleable material is "stiff" enough to make it very hard for anyone other than and adult to release the buckle....   no extra key is required.  SIMPLE.
